Sri Vidya is a way of life. It helps in paving the path for a smoother lifestyle and also in maintaining healthy relationships with others. It is a lifestyle where the seeker learns to accept the world as is. It helps us or teaches us to live in the moment with complete energy, awareness, and above all joy independent of the external environment.

Having Sri chakra is not mandatory in the beginning of upasana, in the later stages .It will be necessary to have to do navaavarana archana.

As long as you can spare at least 2 hrs for practise with dedication and devotion you can progress in Srividya, However in Srividya you should always have only one guru.If you received similar mantras from another Srividya Guru, it is better to be with your Guru instead of changing the guru and different paths may confuse you.

“Upa” Means Near and “Asana” means to be near or closer. “Upasana” Means being near to God Almighty. It is refers to the worship or meditation or japa done in order to connect ourselves with the God Almighty/Ambal.

In other words, Upasana is being close to her (Mother) in three ways:

1. Manasa (Thoughts): Maintaining close proximity to her in thoughts.

2. Vaacha (Talk or speech): Trying to experience Mother while talking.

3. Karmana: Seeing Mother through my actions.

Please consider climbing the hilltop. You or no human being can just jump and reach the top. You have to start from the bottom, and as you keep climbing you need to gain energy, power, and stamina. In a similar way to get the most powerful mantra and sustain it, you need to start from the first level and gain momentum to attain the highest.

“Upasana” helps you in being closer to mother Lalitha. It brings in a lot of positive changes in us. It also helps you to improve your communication and better relationships with family, friends, and colleagues. It helps us accept the world, (the people and circumstances around us) as they are. Upasana improves stability and develops focus which is much useful for materialistic as well as spiritual growth. Further, prolonged Upasana will help us overcome negative qualities within us and gain control of ourselves and lead to a state where everything looks beautiful and blissful.

Once you pay the fees and send us the transaction details either by Telegram (preferable ) or by whatsapp you will be added into the group of registered particpants in telegram. The study material and login details will be sent 2 days before the class in the group.

Please try and get up an hour before or sleep an hour later. Remember if you want to attain the highest level in spirituality you have to work for it, just the way you work extra hard and smart to reach your professional goals.
